I would like to sign up, how do I do this?

In the header you will see the link "Log in" which will take you to the access page. If you are a new user press "I wish to sign up" on that page.

I am a registered user, how do I log in?

In the header you will see the link "Log in" which will take you to the access page. Enter your email and your password and press "Log in".

3. I've forgotten my password or my user account has been locked, how do I recover them?

In the header you will see the link "Log in" which will take you to the access page. Below the fill-in fields you have the options of recovery and un-lock. In both options you will receive an email with instructions.

On the left hand side there appears a vertical block with the website's main sections. In this way you can access directly to the type of information you are looking for.

Change language and header buttons

To change the language select the one you like in the drop-down menu in the page header.
The button on the envelope lights up when someone has sent you a message, press this button to go to the options for received messages.
The group button lights up when someone has sent you a friend-request, press this button to go to the options for received messages.
The notice board button lights up when someone has written on it, use this button to go to your notice board.
The settings button links to the page where your account's main settings are found.
